SUBSTANCE: pneumostacked absorbing core forming device includes first and second cylinders, located on fist cylinder agent for core's element transposition to core's element on second cylinder while last element of core is still held in its form at least pneumostacking agent, combined with second cylinder, containing supplying device for mixture of involved by air fibrous material and single particles. Device also includes agent for application of protective layer on lower part of each form of second cylinder, agent for application of covering fabric cloth on peripheral surface of first cylinder, agent for mentioned cloth guiding to peripheral surface of second cylinder after passing through clearance between first and second cylinders, and cylinder synchronisation changing agent. Group of inventions also belongs to different size core's production methods without form changing.
EFFECT: group of inventions enables to enhance precision of core's element displacement to another element, prevent single particles of absorbing material loss and contamination and/or damaging with them aforementioned forms.
