SUBSTANCE: cellulose-free core is flexible in order to increase the superabsorbent in the volume by using elastic threads, stretched and attached to a nonwoven layer and then subjected to partial relaxation to create receiving cavities (creases), and an ultrahigh absorbent polymer is applied to the folds, and then the nonwoven layer or the receiving film layer can be attached from above to the carrier layers of the non-woven/flexible filaments/superabsorbent polymer to create a laminate for the absorbent cores.

EFFECT: ensuring increase of superabsorbent in the volume.
