FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device for forming of core 15, 16 comprises first and second mat-forming wheels 1, 2, each comprising set of forms 3, 4 arranged on peripheral surface, air stacking appliances 6, 10, and 8, 12, suction appliances 13, 14, and appliances to transfer core element 16 located on second mat-forming wheel onto core element 15 located on first mat-forming wheel, while core last element is still kept inside its form. Note here that, at least, one air stacking appliance 8, 12 integrated with second mat-forming wheel comprises appliance to feed mix of air entrained fiber material and discrete particles. In compliance with this invention, appliances 5, 8 and 7 are intended for applying protective layer 22, 23 on bottom of every form 3, 4 of, at least, second mat-forming wheel 2. Said protective layer 22, 23 is intended for protection of form from discrete particles in air stacking of air entrained fibrous material and discrete particles and preventing of discrete particles escape from core second element during and after transfer. Note here that two mat-forming wheels 1, 2 form a clearance between them to allow second core element 16 to stay in contact with first core element 15 before transfer.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of forming device.
