SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of veterinary andanimal breeding. Method includes feeding to cows of food addictive 15 days before calving and for 90 days after calving. Day doze of food addictive constitutes 100 g. per head. Food addictive contains: sodium hydrocarbonate - 30 g, potassium iodide -15.0 mg, cobalt chloride - 10 mg, copper sulphate - 62 mg, zinc sulphate - 270.0 mg, Hermivite - to 100 g.
EFFECT: method allows to normalise metabolic process in cows, stimulate milk productivity and improves reproductive function of highly-productive animals.
