FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cardiology. Prosthesis contains rigid case, in which artificial right and left ventricles are placed. Ventricles are provided with means for connection with natural auricles of left and right atria of said patient. Prosthesis contains right holder, made as a single unit with rigid case and containing first and second holes, which are respectively connected with artificial left ventricle and with artificial right ventricle; and second holder, which contains third and fourth holes, made with possibility of connection respectively with natural auricle of left atrium and natural auricle of right atrium, third and fourth holes being provided with means for connection for hermetic suturing of natural atrial auricles. Holders are able to be connected to each other in separable manner in order to take working position, in which first and third holes are located opposite each other and second and fourth holes are located opposite each other. Means for connection are formed by separate suture collars, installed with possibility of free rotation around third and fourth holes, respectively.
EFFECT: elimination of necessity to re-apply sutures.
