FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: heart chamber prosthesis intended for implantation into a heart chamber contains an internal elastic membrane having an internal surface delimiting an elastically variable volume, and having a first hole limited by a corresponding first edge, and at least one second hole limited by a corresponding second edge, and a base a supporting elastic membrane structure comprising or consisting of an outer elastic membrane having a first opening defined by a corresponding first edge and at least one second opening defined by a corresponding second edge, the outer elastic membrane further comprising a plurality of fasteners configured to engage the inner wall of the heart. The edges of the first openings of the inner and outer elastic membranes are permanently connected to each other to form an outer edge designed to surround and sew to its own release valve. The edges of the said second opening of the inner and outer elastic membranes are permanently connected to each other to form at least one inlet edge for surrounding and sewing to the at least one inlet opening. The inner elastic membrane and the base supporting elastic membrane structure are connected to each other through a plurality of primary variable connecting elements. The inner elastic membrane and the base supporting elastic membrane structure define a primary gap there between, designed to receive fluid with a variable amount and/or pressure to dynamically change the volume of the primary gap and the said elastically variable volume limited by the inner surface of the inner elastic membrane. A cardiac chamber prosthetic system and a cardiac assist system are disclosed.
EFFECT: provision of selective assistance in the operation of the camera with the help of a simple, compatible, efficient and reliable method.
