FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway automatic control and telemetry systems and can be incorporated with microprocessor systems of centralisation of intermediate stations. Proposed system comprises backup transmitter, backup receiver, rail circuit simulator, unit to compare incoming data with reference data on current state of the main transmitters and receivers, and switching unit. One inputs of switching unit are connected with the outputs of the main transmitters, while the other inputs are connected with outputs of connectors of receiving ends of rail circuits. One outputs are connected with inputs of the main receivers while the other outputs are connected with inputs of connectors of transmitting ends of rail circuits. Switching unit incorporates also control input connected to the output of unit to compare incoming data with reference data on current state of the main transmitters and receivers with its inputs connected to outputs of built-in self-diagnostics units of the main and backup transmitters and receivers.

EFFECT: possibility to automatically cut out rail circuit faulty actuation unit.
