FIELD: traffic control systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the automation and telemechanics systems in railway transport for the trains traffic interval regulation. System includes located at each station electrical signal tower microprocessor-based electrical signaling and automatic block signaling device with a software and hardware control module, rail circuits of the low-frequency range signal current on the trains traffic routes separated track sections along the stations main tracks and the adjacent to these stations main tracks of the distances separated by isolating junctions, the GSM-R mobile radio communication server, area trains traffic control radio block center, railroad switches positive position group control units, rail circuits monitoring and control units. Wherein, the GSM-R mobile radio base stations are connected to the stations by a digital data transmission line, and on each train locomotive the on-board automatic train control unit with a GLONASS / GPS satellite navigation receiver and a GSM-R mobile radio communication transceiver is located.
EFFECT: provided is higher system reliability.
