SUBSTANCE: invention is related to railway transport and is intended for use in station sections of track in main and industrial railway transport as means of control of freeness of station tracks and switch point sections. Device comprises post of electrical centralisation (1), unit of electrical centralisation (2), unit of uninterrupted power supply (3), unit of track relays (4), unit of artificial restoration of serviceability (5), post resolver (6), track branching boxes (7₁,…, 7m), floor retransmitters of signals (8₁,…,8n-13₁,…,13n), points of axes count (14₁,…,14k), cable couplers (15₁,…, 15k), floor count-resolving unit (16₁,…,16k) and track detectors (17₁,…,17k). Besides, inlet of uninterrupted power supply unit is the inlet of uninterrupted power supply of electrical centralisation unit, and outlet of uninterrupted power supply unit is connected to the first inlet of post resolver, the second inlet of which is connected to outlet of unit for artificial restoration of serviceability, and outlet of post resolver is connected to inlet of track relay unit, in every point of axes count outlet of track detector is connected to inlet of floor count-resolving unit.
