FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to banding machine. Banding machine comprises band guiding frame that surround in "П"-like way the article to be banded on two vertical sides and top side, and ban guiding bar arranged to move under article bottom side. Said frame and bar fitted under the article form band guiding chute for banding tape. Said band guiding chute inner sides are closed by cover that allows the band to be drawn from the chute toward the article. Band guiding bar consists of bearing U-shaped section open toward the article and furnished with stiffness angle. The latter is arranged along aforesaid band guiding chute to cover a part of bearing section width between the first side post and lower jointing flange of said bearing section. Aforesaid cover is arranged nearby vertical wall of said stiffness angle to cover tope side of said stiffness angle. Note that it is located at a distance from said wall to form a section of band guiding chute.

EFFECT: fast and accurate fitting in of bar.
