SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the method of precise label positioning and sticking, and to labeling machine. Method of sticking is realised relative to at least one typical form-building character of the vessel using at least one image identification and processing system using at least one camera. Said camera allows for said typical character of each vessel transferred via transfer element by camera that generates signal to control labeling process. Image identification and processing system allows for orientation and/or actual image of aforesaid form-building character on each vessel to determine the moment of label transfer to fixed vessel and adjust it for optimum positioning of the label after sticking relative to the vessel typical form-building character.
EFFECT: optimised high-precision label sticking on vessels.
