VARIABLE TRANSMISSION RATIO BELT TRANSMISSION SYSTEM Russian patent published in 2010 - IPC F02B67/06

Abstract RU 2405952 C2

FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: proposed system with transmission ratio of 1:1 in idling comprises drive element (CRK), first (1600), second (601) and third clutches. Drive element (CRK) is engaged with first driven element (1801, 201, 801, 1200, 1201) via first endless element (1000). Second endless element (701) is connected to revolve between drive element (CRK) and second driven element (1400). First clutch (1600) is arranged between first (1000) and second (701) endless elements. First clutch (1600) transmits rotation from first (1000) to second (701) endless element. Second clutch (601) is arranged between second endless element (701) and drive element (CRK). Second clutch (601) disengages second endless element (701) from drive element (CRK). Third clutch (1601) is arranged between first (1000) and second (701) endless elements. Third clutch (1601) transmits rotation from first (1000) to second (701) endless element. First (1600) and third (1601) clutches can represent electromagnetic clutches. Second clutch (601) can represent one-way clutch.

EFFECT: chain transmission system with several transmission ratios.
