FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: insulator includes sleeve, pulley, elastic element engaged between sleeve and pulley for transmission of torque moment, the first cam element, the second cam element and locking element for retention of the pulley on the slseeve. Pulley is engaged due to friction with the sleeve through an insert for instantaneous transmission of rotational movement; at that, insert and sleeve have friction coefficient. The first cam element is attached to the pulley, and the second cam element is engaged in sliding manner with the first cam element. At that, the first and the second cam elements are engaged by compression between elastic element and sleeve.
EFFECT: damping of vibrations between sleeve and pulley.
