FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: oilite guidance element for hinges and bearings, pre-lubricated and operated in mode of semiliquid lubricant, contains a hole (1a) for sliding fit and feature of hinged joint and (or) sliding movement of structural element. At the same time case (1) is made of material having high wear resistance, including resistance to burrage and (or) corrosion. Each of edges in drilled hole (1a) comprises at least one circular groove (1b) and (1c) to prevent leakage of consistent lubricant from friction area. In drilled hole (1a) at least between circular grooves (1b) and (1c) there are grooves, which are arranged as leading to at least one of circular grooves and may serve to preserve lubricant. Besides for supplying lubricant into grooves, circular grooves (1e) are dispersed along full length of case with interval (e) calculated according to the following formula: P≤e≤6p, where p - interval between grooves; e - distance between circular grooves.
EFFECT: creation of consistent lubricant stock in friction zone, at the same time not only it eliminates possibility of consistent lubricant or other types of lubricants removal, quite the contrary, conditions are created for replenishment of lubricant stock in this friction zone.
