FIELD: information technology.

SUBSTANCE: effects are generated and elements of the simulated communication system are suppressed. The signal/noise values on the suppressed elements of the communication system are measured. Values of effects for which subscribers of different categories are denied service are recorded. The possibility of the communication system to provide subscribers of different categories with the required quality depending on external effects on the communication system is classified. The probability of detecting and suppressing elements of the communication system is calculated, taking into account subscriber categories. The total number of reconnaissance features of the communication system is "played". The number of open elements of the communication system is played. Loss of transmission capacity in information directions of the communication system is calculated. The value of transmission capacity is predicted from categories of subscribers. Values of predicted and required transmission capacity are compared and resources of the communication system are reallocated if necessary.

EFFECT: broader functionalities of technical solutions with simulation of process of detecting and suppressing elements of a communication system taking into account quality of servicing different categories of subscribers and processes for providing survivability of a communication system and taking into account reallocation of resources of the communication system, and unique correspondence of the ability of the communication system to provide subscribers of different categories with services of required quality depending on external effects on the communication system.
