SUBSTANCE: fuel cell system has a fuel cell and an electrolysis cell with an air cathode. The electrolysis cell is coupled with the fuel cell, and both are such that the fuel cell meets all electrical power demands of the electrolysis cell.
EFFECT: efficiency of a system for supplying a transportation vehicle with drinking water and oxygen, reduced weight and power consumption, improved comfort for passengers.
