FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to low-pressure and high-energy ignitor manufacturing method. The ignitor includes ceramic material between electrodes and is manufactured as follows: 50 to 75 wt % of composition is mixed up in tank with liquid. The composition is intended for producing conductive phase. 25 to 50 wt % of one or several materials assisting in yttrium garnet phases formation after thermal treatment are also mixed up. After that the above mixture is grinded, dried and screened. The next stage includes pressing and pressurised moulding of the mixture in a pattern. Finally, the mixture is baked to get ceramic material from 0 to 30% of porosity.
EFFECT: extended life cycle and reliability of ignitor.
