ELECTRICAL CIRCUIT CLAMPING AND CONTROL METHOD Russian patent published in 2010 - IPC H05B6/06

Abstract RU 2406275 C2

FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: electrical circuit (1) for controlling power supply to induction coil (2), particularly to induction coil (2) designed to heat device tool clamping, contains a rectifier (3), having input (3a, 3b, 3c) for input power and rectifier output. In addition, the electrical circuit (1) contains transducer (5) to receive a.c. voltage having transducer input and output (5a, 5b) to be coupled with inductivity coil (2), intermediate circuit (4) to connect rectifier (3) with transducer (5), and control unit to control power supplied to inductivity coil (2). Measuring device (6) to measure current A2 as input variable for control unit is coupled with output part of transducer (5). The corresponding control method for power supplied to inductivity coil (2) includes control phase when current A2 supplied to inductivity coil (2) is used as input variable to control power supplied to inductivity coil 2.

EFFECT: improved accuracy of power control.
