SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to traumatology and orthopaedics. A distal portion of the humeral bone and a proximal portion of the ulnar bone are resected within an unchanged bone tissue. A proximal part of the radial bone is separated. Head and neck of the radial bone are resected. Through an additional incision, a radial vascular bundle and the radial bone are separated. The vascular bundle is ligated at a distal end of a prospective graft that is followed with osteotomy of the radial bone. A long non-free supplied fragment with a proximal vascular pedicle of the radial bone is move in the proximal direction. A peripheral end of the radial bone is fixed to the ulnar bone to form a synostosis. The graft is placed in a defect zone.

EFFECT: method provides arthrodesed elbow joint ensured by humeral and ulnar synostosis accompanied with reliable blood supply.
