FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: ulna bone transplant is placed to the radial bone defect, the transplant is fed from the square forearm pronator, supplied by ulnar artery branches. The second metacarpal bone, ulna transplant and the lower third of the radial bone are fixed by a plate.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the risk of trophic disorders, reduce the risk of pathologic fracture.
