FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to amphibious transport facilities. Proposed amphibious vehicle has displacement-type vehicle type, power plant, transmission, ground and water propulsors and control means at least one displacement-type vessel that can vary its volume. Control means additionally comprise displacement-type volume control elements that are made up of power cylinders arranged along vessel edges and communicated with said control elements. Said vessel is communicated via controlled inlet and discharge valves with air feed pneumatic valves. Vehicle bow and stern parts can accommodate similar displacement-type vessels. Every said vessel can be furnished with hatches arranged directly in vehicle bottom to allow access to equipment arranged inside vehicle body.
EFFECT: increase in vehicle displacement and static reserve buoyancy.
