SUBSTANCE: invention relates to amphibious vehicles and concerns nautical speed amphibians with variable gliding surface. Amphibious vehicle comprises displacement hull, power plant, transmission, land-based and water-jet propulsors arranged at sides power cylinders connected with control means. Amphibious vehicle also includes two side shield at sides of housing, made with possibility of changing its position relative to machine body, and two controlled hydrodynamic surfaces on feeding ends of side boards, which can change its position relative to main surface.

EFFECT: reduced hydrodynamic resistance, better power to gliding, control assembly and bank.
