SUBSTANCE: invention refers to technologies using film streams, namely in processes of evaporation, distillation, separation, etc. Method of stable uniform sprinkling of bank of horizontal tubes located one under the other with liquid film throughout the length of each tube by decreasing the length of the wave of film stream till jets are completely joint and solid film is formed. Device for stable uniform sprinkling of bank of horizontal tubes located one under the other, under each tube parallel to it there arranged at the distance of 3-5 mm is cylindrical rod the diametre of which is determined by the formula , where - nondimensional diametre, d - diametre of rod, σ - surface tension of sprinkling surface (n/m), g - acceleration of gravity (m/s2), ρ'- density of liquid (kG/m3), ρ" - steam density (kG/m3).
EFFECT: providing uniform and complete sprinkling with liquid film of surface of each tube in bank of horizontal tubes located one under the other and parallel to each other.
