FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: device consists of frame with case mounted on it, shaft of which is coupled with hydraulic drive; also, centrifuge is installed on shaft in removable chamber made in form of detachable panels and fixed in case with gap relative to it. The chamber and the case are equipped with a cover connected to a pneumatic drive interacting with hydraulic drive via a distributor; the hydraulic drive is connected with an electric drive. The device is also includes a control panel. Further, the device consists of a container for cooling centrifuged items. The centrifuge corresponds to several removable interchangeable containers; each interchangeable container of the centrifuge has grated walls.
EFFECT: reliable removal of excess of melted coating off surface of item at hot galvanisation and facilitation of wide range of speed control of centrifuge rotation.
