FIELD: instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: calibration coefficients of inertial metres are determined using model of errors of platform-free inertial navigation system. At the first stage inlet signals of navigation system errors model and vector of system errors are detected. Input signals of system errors model are functions of calibration coefficients of inertial metres. At the second stage calibration coefficients are determined by input signals.
EFFECT: improved accuracy.
