SUBSTANCE: device has a damping part and a load receiver. The device also has a control unit, a cylindrical housing divided by a partition wall into two chambers linked by an orifice. In the lower chamber there is a piston fitted with a spring, and the other chamber houses the said load receiver made in form of coal column in an airtight housing having a membrane and an adjustment screw. The control unit can record changes in resistance of the coal column.

EFFECT: broader functionalities and simple design of the sensor.
