FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: propulsion-steering complex contains a housing, an engine, a propulsor with a reversing-steering device. In the engine, the main working piston of the combustion chamber is connected by rods with auxiliary and water-jet pistons and with a two-arm lever. The piston rod of the auxiliary piston interacts with the lever through the grooves therein and the rod head. The lower base of the auxiliary piston and the cylinder side corresponding to the base are provided with disk plates, and at least one plate is made of metal and is connected to a high voltage source and also isolated from the parts of the device. The second plate is made of electret with a high specific charge, and the propulsor is made with a reversible-steering device in the form of a cylinder with water-jet pistons. The cylinder ends with a nozzle in which the steering device is disposed, and side flaps are provided in the cylinder walls.
EFFECT: reducing the weight and dimension parameters of the propulsor and engine, reducing the water volume in the propulsor, reducing the hydrodynamic resistance, increasing the technological efficiency of the engine and propulsor with the ability to operate the engine in the detonation mode.
