SUBSTANCE: method for wireless communication consists in reception of multiple poll frame, which plans transfers for certain number of time periods related to capabilities of transfer, data transfer during a specific period from planned periods of time related to specific capability of transfer in the first direction according to multiple poll frame, transfer of permission to transfer in reverse direction for a specific planned period of time related to specific capability of transfer in the first direction, if data transfer in the first direction ended before planned time periods expire, besides, transfer permission in reverse direction makes it possible for the user to send data, and data is received that was sent in the second direction during specific planned time period related to specific capability of transfer, besides, the first direction is the direction opposite to the second direction.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of communication channel frequency band application due to planned time periods, which identify access to channel for specific stations.
