FIELD: information technologies.

SUBSTANCE: sector may perform broadcasting transfer of service message and/or may send unidirectional messages to identify whether this sector supports detached channels of data transfer. Terminal may receive at least one message, which identifies whether detached data transfer channels are supported by at least one sector. When detached channels of data transfer are supported, sector that services forward data transfer channel (FL) and sector that services reverse data transfer channel (RL) may be independently selected for the terminal. When detached channels of data transfer are not supported, one sector may be selected both for FL service sectors and for RL service sectors for terminal. Transfer of terminal may be done independently for direct and reverse channels of data transfer, if detached channels of data transfer are supported, and may be realised jointly, if detached data transfer channels are not supported.
