FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, in particular to orthopedics. Total endoprosthesis of ankle joint and talus includes tibial component, polyethylene bush and talus component. Talus component is equipped with leg in form of cone with fine-pore surface and cuts of "fir cone" type for osteointegration of heel bone and talus component.
EFFECT: invention eliminates development of endoprosthesis instability in post-operational period and ensures reliable osteointegration.
