FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used to treat talocalcaneal coalition. In the region of the middle articular facet of the subtalar joint in the talus support, using a guide template, a groove is formed according to the shape and size of the hemiendoprosthesis leg, followed by a cementless press-fit installation of a ceramic hemiendoprosthesis into it and strengthening the enthesis of the posterior tibial muscle or plastics of the ligamentous apparatus of the inner part of the foot. Ceramic hemiendoprosthesis of the middle articular facet of the subtalar joint contains an articular head with a pedicle made in the form of a convex hemisphere of a rectangular shape, the articulating surface of which is smooth and polished. Longitudinal and transverse grooves are made on the back side of the articular head, the stem of the articular head with a rough surface is made in the form of a blade with longitudinal notches, the edge of which has a sharp edge on the side of implantation in the calcaneus and passes through the center of the back side of the articular head, while the leg is tilted in relation to the head.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides better osseointegration of the ceramic hemiendoprosthesis to the underlying bone tissue of the calcaneus over a greater extent, increases fixation stability by reducing the mechanical load and loosening forces on the stem of the hemiendoprosthesis, and also provides stabilization of the foot and reduced load on the subtalar joint by strengthening the enthesis of the posterior tibial muscles or plastics of the ligamentous apparatus of the inner part of the foot.
