SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for surgical treatment of total and subtotal defects of the calcaneus. The heel bone is resected to the required extent and a cement spacer is installed into the formed defect. In the postoperative period, computed tomography of the operated segment is performed, based on the results of which an individual 3D implant is made from porous titanium. Then the spacer is removed and an individual 3D implant with screw fixation is installed in the defect area.
EFFECT: method ensures radical surgical removal of the focus of bone tissue destruction and restoration of the support ability of the foot, the length of the hindfoot, as well as the preservation of its functionality due to the reconstruction of its anatomical structure, restoration of the length and shape of the heel bone.
