FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to ophthalmic drugs, and can be used for anti-inflammatory eye tissue therapy in the patients with autoimmune diseases. The agent contains ectericide and ascorbic acid, and in addition contains an immunosuppressive agent - tacrolimus, an anti-inflammatory immunomodulator - monoclonal TNF-α antibody, immunoregulatory immunomodulators - pegylated recombinant α-2b interferon and α-lipoic acid; an antihypoxic agent - ethylmethylhydroxypyridine succinate, anti-inflammatory ingredients - piroxicam and eyebright (Euphrasia officinalis) tincture, a thixotropic agent - sodium hyaluronate.
EFFECT: agent allows to enhance treatment of acute inflammatory processes in eye tissues, to postpone relapses, to limit the distribution of pathological process in eye tissues and to promote the preservation of visual acuity in patients, particularly in children and adolescents with autoimmune diseases.
