SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an isolated antibody against RhoB, a fragment thereof, a composition containing it, as well as to a method for suppression of an inflammatory and/or autoimmune disease mediated by B cells and to a method of treatment of a condition or disorder associated with elevated levels of serum immunoglobulin for a subject in need, with its use. An isolated peptide for production of the above antibody is also disclosed, as well as a conjugate and a composition containing it.
EFFECT: invention can effectively suppress an inflammatory or autoimmune disease mediated by B cells.
