SUBSTANCE: invention relates to bulk cargo transportation and storage. Container comprises primary structure with hoist hooks and top and bottom fastening frames. Said structure accommodates insert with loading hose arranged at its top and discharge hose at its bottom. Primary structure is jointed to insert by one attachment assy via top fastening frame. Said attachment assy comprises hinge assies with their first part secured to primary structure and their other part attached to insert surface. Said hinge assies are coupled with those arranged on insert surface by means of fasteners. Note here that at least one attachment assy comprises also limiting elements, each being attached to the insert and fitted on appropriate hinge.
