FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of transportation, transshipment and storage of bulk and loose cargoes, bulk cargoes weighing not more than 15 tons, including food (grain) cargoes and certain hazardous cargoes according to UN classification, such as lump sulphur, ammonium nitrate, coal and coal pitch, etc. Soft container for transportation and storage of bulk cargoes contains a frame mesh, an insert located in the frame mesh. Insert is made of polymer-coated fabric. Insert has a loading sleeve in its upper part and an unloading sleeve in its bottom part. Insert is equipped with garter loops sewn along the insert circumference in its upper part and attached to the frame mesh by means of their connection with the frame mesh loops. In the bottom part of the frame mesh there is a rim element made of power tapes sewn together. Valves of triangular shape are fixed on the rim element and form a locking assembly. At one end of each valve there is a metal ring. On the outer surface of the unloading sleeve there is a first vertical-oriented tape for centring the folded sleeve, one end of which is sewn to the surface of the insert, and on the other end of the said tape there is a loop with a metal ring. Second vertically oriented tape, one end of which is sewn to the surface of the insert, and on the other end of the above tape there is a loop. Horizontally oriented tape for clamping the sleeve, one end of which is sewn to the surface of the insert, and on the other end of the said tape there is a loop with a metal ring. First vertically-oriented tape for centring folded sleeve, second vertically oriented tape and horizontally oriented tape for clamping the sleeve are grouped so that the horizontally oriented tape passes through the loops of the first and second vertically oriented tapes. Below, relative to the first and second vertically oriented tapes and the horizontally oriented tape on the surface of the unloading sleeve, there is a third vertically oriented tape for holding the unloading arm in a folded position, one end of which is sewn to the surface of the insert, loop with metal ring is made at the other end of said tape. Locking assembly comprises a cord tie passed through the valve rings, the ring of the first vertically oriented tape and the ring of the third vertically oriented tape. Loop end of the cord tie is made with possibility of its locking with a locking pin, into which an unlocking tape is passed.
EFFECT: reduced time for loading and unloading operations, increased reliability, maximum safety of cargo due to exclusion of loaded material spillage, as well as increased strength of container structure.
