SUBSTANCE: group of inventions concerns methods of endotoxin analysis in timiperone, camptotecin derivative or taxan derivative solutions, as well as methods for preparing an injection containing timiperone, camptotecin derivative or taxan derivative. A substance containing a xiphosuran haematocyte extract is introduced into timiperone, camptotecin derivative or taxan derivative solution with albumin and/or globulin added. Further, the presence or absence of endotoxin is determined.

EFFECT: use of the methods allows endotoxin detection and evaluation in a sample which cannot be precisely analysed for endotoxin derived from gram-negative bacteria.
