FIELD: medicine; pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the pharmaceutical industry and is a pharmaceutical composition for treating cancer, comprising purified therapeutic nanoparticles, wherein said purified therapeutic nanoparticles contain an active ingredient and human serum albumin, where the weight ratio of human serum albumin (HSA) to the active ingredient in the therapeutic nanoparticles ranges from 0.03:1 to 0.95:1, the active ingredient is selected from taxanes, camptotecins, anthracycline antibiotics, colchicine, thiocolchicine dimer, lyotyronine, cyclosporine, exemestane, flutamide, fulvestrant, romidepinsin and somustine and wherein said pharmaceutical composition contains at least 5 % free HSA (wt.).
EFFECT: invention provides stabilization of nanoparticles with drug molecules, as well as reduced adverse reactions associated with aggregation and immunogenicity of human serum albumin and reduced toxicity.
