FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: in the method, radiation reflected from a radio frequency label undergoes amplitude modulation by modulating voltage from the incident radio frequency radiation in accordance with the code pulsed sequence of the identification code. Under conditions for continuous non-modulated radio frequency radiation for unit values of the code pulsed sequence, voltage from the incident radio frequency radiation is measured and if there is voltage failure, the mode is switched to measurement of voltage with prohibition of its modulation on a given waiting time interval starting from the onset of the voltage failure, where during the next voltage failures in the waiting time interval, the mode for measuring voltage on the same waiting time interval, starting from the onset of each next voltage failure, is retained, thereby ensuring operation of the label(s) in conditions with pulse-duration character of the radio frequency radiation (standards ISO 18000-6 B and EPC UHF Gen2). In the absence of repeated voltage failures during the waiting time interval, voltage modulation is resumed in the mode of incident continuous radio frequency radiation with measurement of voltage for unit values of the code pulsed sequence. The label has a transmit-receive antenna (1) connected through a transformer (2) with the input of a rectifier (3), whose output is directly connected to the lead (7) of a programmable serial input/output of a microcontroller (4). The output of the rectifier is connected through an isolating diode (5) having a storage capacitor (6) to the power lead of the microcontroller.
EFFECT: broader functionalities of remote radio frequency identification of objects of rail way and automobile transport and logistics objects during transit on standards ISO 10374 and ISO 18000-6 B or PC UHF Gen2.
