SUBSTANCE: device comprises the first channel, bridge of which consists of four keys, one diagonal of bridge is connected to the first and second terminals of motor, and the other one - to plus and minus busbars of the first source of supply, besides, the first and second keys are connected to plus busbar serially via power supply and protection unit, and the third and fourth keys are connected to minus busbar of the first source of supply, information output of power supply and protection unit via serially connected unit of diagnostics, unit of failure signal matching is connected to the first inputs of four logical elements AND, outputs of the first and second of which are connected accordingly to the first and second inputs of control signal matching unit, the first and second outputs of which are in their turn connected accordingly to the first and second inputs of key operation mode analysis unit, the first and second outputs of key operation mode analysis unit are connected accordingly to the first and second keys, and its third output is connected to unit of diagnostics, outputs of the third and fourth logical elements AND are connected accordingly to the thirs and fourth keys, the first command input of control device is connected to the second inputs of the first and fourth logical elements AND, and the second command input of control device - with the second inputs of the second and third logical elements AND, four additional keys are introduced, at the same time the first key via the first additional key is connected to the first terminal of motor, which in its turn via the third additional key is connected to the third key, the second key via the second additional key is connected to the second terminal of motor, which in its turn via the fourth additional key is connected to the fourth key, and also four additional logical AND elements are introduced, the first inlets of which are connected to outputs of failure signal matching unit, andf outputs - accordingly to additional keys, the first command input of control device is connected to the second inputs of the first and fourth additional logical elements AND, and the second command input of control device - with the second inputs of the second and third additional logical elements AND, and also the second channel, which is identical to the first one, is introduced, and connected similarly to the first channel with the first and second command inputs of control device, besides, bridge of the second channel is identically connected to the first and second terminals of motor and to plus and minus busbars of the second source of supply.
EFFECT: improving reliability of control device by DC drive, making it possible to perform its task in case of one failure, such as short circuit or rupture of any key circuit.
