SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in electrical engineering for preventive control of ship electric power systems (SEPS). According to the method, the moment of transition of the SEPS into an inoperative state is determined, the load of the SEPS is reduced, the GS is determined, the load of which is increased as the SEPS load decreases, and this GS is switched off.
EFFECT: technical result is increase in the reliability of preventive control.
