SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used for preventive control of ship electric power systems (SEPS). Disclosed is a device for preventive control of a SEPS, having in its composition n generator units (GU), operating in parallel, which, unlike the prototype, additionally contains by the number of GU: third logic elements AND, as well as a delay unit, a controlled key, an addition unit, a second load reduction control unit and a second univibrator.

EFFECT: improving reliability of preventive control of SEPS in case of malfunction of control system, which generates constant signal for reduction of fuel supply to primary engine of one of generator units.
