SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of design and manufacturing of men's underwear, such as trunks and boxers, which may be used for active exercising and also for daily wear, also with therapeutic effect. Men's trunks are made mainly of textile material, of jersey type, from several seam-connected parts, including volume convex gusset, fixed between side parts of trunks, and elastic circular elements of fixation of belt type. Design of men's trunks is arranged of at least three parts of cut, including formation of volume convex gusset, which is seam-joined between side symmetrical parts of trunks. Besides, cut of gusset is arranged in the form of lengthy strip with narrowed opposite ends of wedge-like shape and with symmetrical arched expansion in the middle part, shaped as a "boat", and side parts of trunks in the area of connection with gusset are arranged with convex C- or S-shaped sections. At the same time gusset is arranged with section of its maximum width in its middle part in area of crotch, in which its maximum width exceeds minimum width of sections of side parts of cut in zone of their connection with gusset more than 3 times, and maximum length of gusset and its cut exceeds this maximum width more than 7 times.

EFFECT: improved aesthetic and ergonomic properties of underwear, achievement of physiologically optimal arrangement of male genitals, including scrotum, which makes it possible to preserve and support men's health.
