FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to clinical medicine and can be used in endocrinology for detection of metabolic syndrome (MS) at early stage of diabetes mellitus (DM) disease. For bioimpedance detection of metabolic syndrome and type 2 diabetes mellitus predictor in young people with normal body weight resonance resistance of patient's tissue is determined, patient's visceral adipose tissue is tested. Visceral adipose constituent is determined with application of body fat determiner "BF-360". If indices of resonance resistance of visceral adipose tissue are close to zero, presence in patient of metabolic syndrome predictor is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method ensures simplification and cheapening of early prediction of DM development without reduction of its self-descriptiveness.
