FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to vascular surgery. For pre-operational diagnostics of embolo-dangerous atherosclerotic stenotic lesions of main arteries method of multispiral computer angiography is used. Densitometric analysis of morphologic structure of masses in main arteries is carried out. In case of intramural hemorrhage in form of hypodensive spherical mass compressing lumen of main artery and having coefficient of attenuation +20, +40 HU, embolo-dangerous atherosclerotic stenotic lesions of main arteries.
EFFECT: method allows to carry out pre-operational diagnostics of morphologic structures of atherosclerotic lesions in patients and with high accuracy determine structure, volume and localisation of lesion analysing data of multispiral computer angiography.
