At value of saturation of a brain oxygen in rest no more than 55% and at depression of saturation of a brain by oxygen less than 50% at carrying out of Matas' test, prognosticate necessity of use of anti-ischemic brain protection, applying craniocerebral hypothermia, or temporary carotid shunt, or pharmacological patronage.
EFFECT: expansion of an arsenal of agents for forecasting of necessity of carrying out cerebral anti-ischemic brain protection at operations on brachycephalous arteries.
