SUBSTANCE: in an apparatus, a tube with a basket probe is inserted in an endoscope. At a distal end of the tube, there is a support ring coupled with an elastic rod extending along the tube in the endoscope in a control point. On the support ring, there is a flexible spiral within a tube bend to a shield ring. A flexible spiral covers the rod with the tube in a number of points. On a proximal side at a place of handles for basket probe control, there is an supplementary handle for tension of an elastic rod providing one-side compression of the flexible spiral together with the tube bend and a projected end of the basket probe enabling inserting the basket probe in the required direction when rotating the tube. On the handle of tube control, there is a port for the introduction of a contrast solution.

EFFECT: apparatus enables removing concrements in remote places of bile ducts, reduces time and stage-by-stage approach of surgical management.
