DEVICE FOR LAPAROSCOPIC REMOVAL OF CALCULUS FROM GALL BLADDER Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC A61B17/22

Abstract RU 2340297 C1

FIELD: medicine; surgery.

SUBSTANCE: device for laparoscopic removal of calculus from the gall bladder contains the tubular case with the handle and the tube placed in the case with petals, on a working stone which are established with tightening possibility at an input in the case. In a tube the tubular rod with the endoscope established inside for search of calculi and a spherical knob on the working extremity is placed. The spherical knob is executed for adjustment of disclosing of the rigid petals coming out from the case with the flexible bases and acute edges for capture and crushing of calculi, by means of moving of a spherical knob on the conic part formed by petals. The tubular rod from the party opposite to the working part, have the place for connection of suction tube after endoscope extraction. The suction tube is executed for an aspiration of fine calculi or calculus fragments after its crushing.

EFFECT: simplification of search and capture calculi by petals under the endoscope control; possibility of crushing of a calculus rigid petals; possibility of connection of fine stones suction system after endoscope extraction.
