FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to orthopedics and neurosurgery. In invention used is combined implant, consisting of autobone and porous titanium nickelide. By data of X-ray and MRT examinations diametre of combined implant is determined. Cylindrical bicortical autotransplant of required diametre is resected from anterior-posterior iliac crest and cut in transversal direction in order to obtain two autotransplants of equal length. In interbody space two canals with diametre corresponding to the diametre of combined implant are formed and autotransplant and cylindrical implant from porous titanium nickelide of similar size are successively imbedded. Autotransplant is oriented with cortical part towards ventral part of spine, implant from porous titanium nickelide tightly fitting its spongy part.
EFFECT: ensuring stability of operated segment and recovery of intervertebral disk height, as well as creation of optimal conditions for interbody unit formation.
