FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to neurosurgery, traumatology and orthopedics and can be used to provide replacement of the intervertebral disc and correction of deformities in trauma, degenerative-dystrophic and purulent-inflammatory diseases. The truss reinforcing cage for forming a combined implant for replacing a removed disc contains a frame of two main elements and elements connecting the main elements. The main elements are made in the form of upper and lower trapezoidal frames with rounded corners and toothed ridges. The connecting elements are made in the form of a front wall, a rear wall and two parallel side walls with round holes at the corners at the junctions of the faces of the trapezoidal frames with the connecting elements and trusses located in the middle of the side walls. The front wall has one round hole in the center, two small square holes, one at the round holes at the corners, and two large square holes with struts placed inside. The rear wall has an internal recess in the solid area and square windows with braces on different sides of the solid area. The first ridge is connected to the upper and lower plates by means of beams and rafters, is located in the same plane with the upper trapezoidal frame and has a larger perimeter than the second ridge. The second skate is located above the first skate and is connected to the first skate by means of beams. The jig-injector for installing and filling the truss reinforcing cage includes a hollow stem spike and a stem connected to it. Hooks are U-shaped on the spike. The rod is connected to a cylindrical reservoir, which is equipped with a plug and a piston with a handle.
EFFECT: increasing the reliability of fixation and to provision of damping of the axial load and osteoinductive properties.
